For those guests joining us from out of town seeking hotel accommodations, we suggest the following hotel options for your consideration:  The Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket, VA  The Hampton Inn Gainsville/Haymarket, VA  The Spring Hill Suites Gainesville, VA These hotels are near the Evergreen Country Club where the reception is being held, but not within walking distance. Guests could consider driving, using uber, or taking a taxi to travel to their hotel when the reception ends. If opting for an uber or taxi, we recommend pre-scheduling ahead of time. For guests that prefer to stay in Fairfax at a location closer to the church, St. Mary of Sorrows, we recommend that you consider booking at the Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks. No hotels are within walking distance of St. Mary of Sorrows, so you would access your hotel by driving, using uber or taxi. We advise you make uber or taxi arrangements ahead of time. Some members of the bridal party will be staying onsite at the Evergreen Country Club Inn the night of the wedding. Those folks may choose to call and reserve a room there for Friday night as well.

We are encouraging guests to stay close to the reception venue and drive out to Fairfax for the noon ceremony on Saturday. The reception will conclude late that night. However, if you are an out-of-town guest that will intend to visit family during your stay, or will drive with family members, you may choose to stay close to family - whether that's Fairfax or Gainesville.
