Natalie and Colton met in 2021 at Calvary when Colton came to Alabama for his freshman year. Natalie was a sophomore at that time and Colton started hanging out with Natalie's friend group. They quickly became friends after discovering each others love for sarcasm and having a similar sense of humor. Fast forward a year and a half of friendship, Natalie finally agreed to go on a date after months of trying to talk herself out of it. We finally went on our first date to the fire tower to watch sunset.

After a few more dates, we officially started dating in February of 2023. We were lucky to do most of college together and shared a lot of fun memories from serving on the events team at church, Alabama football games, trips to Saint Louis with our friends, and day trips to see each other once we started doing "long distance".

Two and a half years later on a trip to visit Natalie's family, Colton proposed in Saint Louis at Forest Park. What was disguised as a belated birthday date due to Colton's ACL surgery on Natalie's actual birthday, Colton asked her to marry him on his crutches.

We are so grateful for the way the Lord has intertwined our stories and now get to glorify Him as husband and wife. We can't wait to celebrate with you all and are thankful for the roles you have played in our story!
