Update: The hotel informed us that there are not many rooms left. If the hotel is sold out by the time you're looking to book, we recommend staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. This hotel is right next door and is also all-inclusive.

* Room rates are quoted in U.S. dollars; Tax and 4% Hotel Tax- and services included except environmental tax to be paid at check in ($36.30 pesos per room per night, aprox $2.00 usd per room per night depending on exchange rate).

* Minimum age to check in at this property is 18 years old.

* The maximum number of people per room is 3 adults (Different policies apply at The Towers buildings)

* The Resort will assign rooms based on specific requests including bedding, subject to availability

* The group rate will be available until the deadline or before if the reserved block of rooms is completed.

Guests Rooms Payment Policy:

To secure your reservation, PUEBLO BONITO will request a major credit card and will post one night of your stay at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

* If cancellation is received 21 days or before your arrival, the initial deposit will be refunded.

* Cancellation made from 20 days to 0 days prior to your arrival will be charged 1 night

* If you failed to arrive on the confirmed date (no show) full stay as confirmed will be charged.

* Late arrivals and early departures will be

charged for your confirmed stay.

Should you purchase a room+flight package, Pueblo Bonito is NOT responsible for the airline policies. Please note fully prepayment may be required when using this option to reserve.

To get to from the hotel and the airport, we recommend booking transportation with the hotel (Pueblo Bonito Pacifica). You can set it up on their website or call the hotel (1-800-990-8250).

You can either book a shuttle the could have other guest or get private car. Private is faster but the shuttle worked fine for us too.
