What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
It's a BoHo themed wedding. So think summer chic garden party. (No sweatpants Sam!)
We aren't strict on the dress code just wear something you feel comfortable in, that you'd wear to a fancy summer lawn party.
What will the weather be like this time of year?
It will be summer in Cornwall! What does that mean you ask... well normally it should be sunny and warm (but it's Cornwall so it could rain)
Either way, it will be warm and if it rains, we have tent cover and obviously will be inside for the night party.
P.S It doesn't rain as much in England as people think! (Nat would say yes it does but not as much as in Gothenburg.)
Will there be a get together the day before the wedding?
Yes! For the ones that arrive on time for a lunch on Monday the 4th July we have booked a table at a restaurant called The Bay Bar & Restaurant in Cawsand for 1pm. Let us know if you can make it so we can give them our final count. We wish we could pay for this but unfortunately you'll have to cover it yourselves.
On the Monday evening we will host a little get together/BBQ at the fort. We will need your help putting up decorations and other little odd jobs then we will have a BBQ, nice and chilled. We can provide a beer or two but bring your own if you want something more (but save your drinking for the wedding ;)
Who is toastmaster?
Sam Dalling- Nat’s cousin

Who do I contact if I want to give a speech or perform something?
Contact one of the toastmasters to let them know since they will be introducing the speakers throughout the dinner.
Do I bring a gift?
Only yourself! We are aware of the expenses involved for you to join us on our big day and we are just happy you want to be there 🤩
For the people insisting on giving us something- we would appreciate a contribution to our honeymoon 🍯🌕
Who do I tell about my dietary requirements and/or allergies?
Tell the bride or groom as soon as possible so we can pass the information on to our catering.
Is there a curfew?
No! We can party all night 🎊
Can I bring a plus 1?
Since we will finalise the guestlist by mid April unfortunately no plus ones not already on the guestlist may join.
Are children allowed?
As you know we love your younglings but this is a party primarily for adults. We therefore humbly ask you to leave them at home with a loved one if possible.
Is there free parking at the fort?
Yes
Will there be an open bar?
Hell yeah!
What time do I need to arrive at the fort?
Arrive at 13:30 for a 14:00 start.
How do I get to the venue on the day of the wedding?
We will pre book cabs for people but you will have to pay for these yourself unfortunately. They only take cash but between groups of you it won't cost more than £15 (probably less but I'm saying £15 to be safe.)
There may also be space in cars for people who are driving and not drinking. More to come on that.
Is there a lunch the day after the wedding?
Yes indeed! It will be at The Orangery at Mount Edgcombe Country House at 13:00.
If you haven't already rsvp'd for it, there are only about 10 spaces left so DM Royce and send through your order from the menu as well. Need to confirm by latest Wednesday 15th June. This is also pay for yourself.

TRAIN TRAVEL INFO
If you're travelling by train from London, a two together railcard is worth it. £30 to buy but saves you 1/3. It will quite comfortably make the cash back on a return to cornwall for 2 people. Valid for a year. You have to travel together though (ie one person can't use it on their own) - otherwise they will charge you full fare on board. Might help some people
