FAQ

When should I RSVP?

If you are able to RSVP when you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful. Otherwise, the deadline to RSVP is January 10th, 2026. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will have to mark you as "not attending", as we have to provide our vendors with the final headcount. We hope you can understand!

Are there lodging accommodations near the venue?

If you are travelling from another state or country, or just do not want to make the drive to and from Azle in one day, there are plenty of hotels and Airbnb's within 15 minutes of the venue. For details on our hotel room block and other hotels in the area, check the travel page!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to venue capacity restrictions, attendance is limited to guests specifically named on your invitations. When you go to RSVP, it will have the names there as well. Thank you for understanding!

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Although we do love your little ones, this will be an adult-only event, except for children in the wedding party. We want parents to use this as a date night and an opportunity to party hard!

What should I wear to the wedding?

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us, so this will be a formal black tie event! For the ladies, we recommend full length evening gowns. Men, tuxedos or dark colored suits will be perfect. We do ask that you please do not wear jeans, hats, or our wedding colors (green or gold) and please no white!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin right at 4 PM. We recommend arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to provide ample time for parking and to get seated.

Is there parking?

Although we recommend Uber or another rideshare service if you plan on drinking, there is plenty of parking on the property. The venue is on top of a hill, and the guest parking is on the lower lot, so the venue will drive guests up to the ceremony in their golf cart. The venue does allow overnight parking if you find yourself in an unexpected position that does not allow you to drive home at the end of the night.

Is the wedding outside?

Both the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. This is Texas and the wedding is in February, so the weather may be a bit unpredictable. If it is cold, we will have space heaters during cocktail hour but we do recommend wearing long sleeves or bringing something to keep you warm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you'd like.

Where is the reception?

The reception will be indoors at the same venue, so once you arrive for the ceremony you will not need to travel to another location.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The alcohol is on us but the hangover is on you!

Will there be vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes! When you RSVP you will have the option to put your meal choice or any dietary restrictions you may have.

Where are you registered?

Although your presence is the best gift we could receive, we realize that some of you would like to know about a physical gift. Right here on our wedding website is the easiest way to access all of our registries in one place. As far as individual stores go, we are registered at the following: Amazon, Anthropologie, Target, Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, and William Sonoma.
