3:45 - Two buses arrive at the Marriott at the Lenexa City Center and guests board the buses.

4:00 - The buses move to the Hyatt at Lenexa City Center and guests board the remaining seats.

4:10 - Both buses leave the Hyatt to drive to the Farms at Woodend Springs.

Both buses will return to the Marriott.

5:00 - Buses will leave the Marriott and arrive at the Hyatt to board the lasts of the guests.

5:10 - Buses leave the Hyatt to head to the Farms at Woodend Springs.

From the Reception

8:50 - Both buses arrive at the Farms.

9:00 - Buses leave to return to both the Hyatt and Marriott.

10:20 - Both buses will return to take the remaining guests back to the Hyatt and Marriott.
