Our ceremony will be held outside with weather permitting, so please dress accordingly! The reception will be held indoors at the same venue as our ceremony!

Yes. We have a shuttle bus available to pickup guests from the hotels and take them to the ceremony, if desired. Likewise, the shuttle will also be available to take back to the hotels later that night. Times that the shuttle bus will pickup and drop back off at the hotels are to be determined as we gather more information on how many guests would like to utilize this service! We ask guests to consider this option since cars that stay overnight need to be picked up by 10am the next day!

Unfortunately, we have a limited venue space and cannot accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on the wedding invitation or indicated on the envelopes as “Your Name + Guest.” We hope you understand our decision and we look forward to seeing you soon!

We absolutely adore your children, but due to space restrictions and wanting our wedding to be an adults-only event, we politely request that no children attend the ceremony and reception. The only exception includes our flower girls and ring bearer! Thank you in advance for your understanding!

We will be serving some hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit down plated dinner with a choice of entree. You will have indicated to us your entree of choice through your RSVP.

Beer, wine, and soda are on us. Any cocktails ordered will be up to our guests to pay for. No outside beverages are allowed in the venue, please and thank you!

There is limited parking available at the venue, however street parking is prohibited in the immediate vicinity of the venue due to local ordinances. Overnight parking is allowed, but you must pickup your vehicle by 10am the next day. Please plan ahead and utilize our shuttle bus to help prevent cars staying past this point! Thank you.

Our ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. To ensure our guests are in their seats on time, we ask you to arrive to the venue 30-45 minutes before it starts. If you are taking the shuttle bus to the venue from your hotel, we will communicate with the driver to get you there in ample time.

We are asking for an unplugged ceremony! Our hope is to avoid other flashes or mobile screens to prevent any further distractions for our guests. We will have a photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony that will later be available to our guests. However, we gladly welcome photos and videos after the ceremony!

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us however with a gift, you can find our registry here on our website. You have the option when buying off our registry to send it to our home address (244 S Maple St, Kimberly, WI 54136), or you may bring the gift to the wedding ceremony where we will have a gift table along with a card box.

We invite you to RSVP here online to help us keep our RSVP’s in order. Our RSVP’s online will also help us to keep track of our guests’ meal selections, if they think they will utilize the shuttle bus, and if there are any dietary restrictions we should know about.
