Please arrive around 12- 12:30 PM to find parking as well as seating for the ceremony. Seating is first come, first serve at 12 PM- no sooner. If you are to arrive later than 1 PM, you will be asked to wait for the bride to walk down the aisle before you can be seated in the ceremony in the back.

Guests will attend a non-alcoholic cocktail hour while the bride and groom take photos. Refreshments and snacks will be served during this time. Doors to the reception place will open at 3:45 PM for guests. Please note that during this time you may leave and come back for the reception at 3:45 PM or, you may stay to mingle and enjoy refreshments! We understand that the day is long, and this is a big wait period, which is why we encourage our guests to refuel, then they may venture, and return! We are not doing a first look, which is why we need this large chunk of time for photographs with family, the wedding party, and one another! We appreciate your understanding and patience!

Guests will be seated at 4 PM and the wedding party will make their grand entrance at about 4:15 PM. Bride and groom and parent speeches will follow. Dinner will be served at 4:45 PM- 5 PM, which will also include the MOH and Best Man speeches. Partying will occur!! Cake cutting will take place at about 7 PM- 7:15 PM. Then we will party until 10 PM!!
