Brooke and Natalie first met in November 2021 through their mutual friend, Peyton, who invited Brooke to join her, Natalie, and a few others for a night out. Brooke enjoyed playfully flirting with Natalie, but it went right over Natalie’s head. She did however make sure Brooke got to her Uber safely and got her number from Peyton to make sure she got home okay.

Their paths didn’t cross again until the following February. Brooke and Peyton were catching up over dinner and decided to head to the MouseTrap for some live music. Peyton mentioned inviting some other people to come out, and Brooke immediately got excited when she heard her suggest Natalie. Natalie was already in her pajamas going to bed, but hearing that Brooke would be there, she decided to change and head over. This time, Natalie noticed the flirting while they played pool. The next weekend Natalie invited Brooke to come out with her and Peyton to Tin Roof, that night a stranger asked Peyton if Brooke and Natalie were a couple- clearly, there was chemistry brewing!

The next weekend Brooke and Natalie ended up hanging out just the two of them, what would later be considered their first date, playing pool at Greg’s. That night, they ended up sitting in Natalie’s car in Brooke’s driveway talking until 2:30 in the morning. The next time they hung out, February 24th, 2022, Brooke finally went in for the kiss, and they’ve essentially been inseparable since.
