YES! An RSVP is absolutely REQUIRED for everyone. It is essential in planning for the ceremony seating & reception meals. In order for us to be able to accommodate a meal for you; you must RSVP prior to the deadline of Month/Day, 2024 11:59pm.

Cocktail/Semi-formal: We would love to see all of our family and friends dressed up, but comfortable enough to show us their moves on the dance floor!

All invited guests will be listed on the invitation. If the invitation specifies you "and a Guest" you are welcome to bring one. Otherwise, please understand we have limited space and can only accommodate close family and friends.

Unless specified on your invitation, please leave the little ones at home. This is an adult only event.

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour are located in the same building. The reception is just a short walk away.

Yes! There will be shuttles back and forth from the hotels to the venue. Pick up time is: 2:25pm and the shuttles will arrive at Rosewood by 3:00pm. Please be in the hotel lobby before those shuttle times. Following the celebration, shuttles will resume service at 10:00pm and will arrive at the hotel by 10:30pm. The hotel accommodations can be found under the "Travel" tab.
