Our Wedding

Jake and I’s story is not as cut and dry as some love stories might be. It was years of us being friends, going on the same mission trips, having crushes on each other... all of which led us to our senior year of high school when Jake officially asked me on a date. While we were both reluctant to really pursue one another for quite awhile, we did find out after dating for a little bit that we both had known that we were going to be in each other’s lives not too long after first meeting each other. I have a distinct memory of sitting on my sister Tia’s bed in high school saying something along the lines of “I don’t know if Jake and I are going to just stay friends or become something more than friends, but I just know he is meant to be in my life someway or another.” I think deep down I knew we would end up where we are now, but didn’t want to jinx it ;). There are lots more details I could share, but I told myself I would keep this short and sweet soooo… the rest is history! :) We can’t wait to spend our lives together and to continue to grow as we go &lt;3
