Plan to enter through the North Gate, west of I-25 exit 156. Everyone over 18 should bring a valid ID. Be sure to have your car registration or rental car agreement. Yes! A shuttle will leave the Residence Inn Northgate at 4:30 and come back after the wedding ends at 11. Everyone is welcome to use it even if you are not staying at the hotel. Please be sure to indicate if you are using the shuttle when you RSVP.

You might be able to find and Uber/Lyft to get to the wedding, but Uber/Lyft won't be able to get back in the gate at the end of the wedding. We recommend using the wedding shuttle and ubering to/from the Residence Inn.

The dress code is semi-formal. Women should wear dresses or dressy jumpsuits and men should wear slacks with a dress shirt.

The ceremony will take place on the first tee box outside on the golf course. The reception will be inside the Clubhouse.

In August, Colorado Springs is usually 75- 85F and sunny during the day with a high chance of a quick afternoon thunderstorm. It cools down to 55-65F at night.
