How do I get to the Venue?

There are a multitude of shuttle services that have been provided on this website that can take you from the border to the venue or even from the united states to the venue. You can also drive your own car over the border, just make sure you purchase car insurance for your vehicle while you are there. There is also a taxi number listed for transport within Mexico. There are no ubers in the area. You can uber to the venue but not out from the venue.

Do I need separate car insurance for Mexico?

Will you provide any transportation?

On the day of the wedding we will provide shuttle service with one 15-passenger shuttle to complete loops between the recommended airbnb community and the recommended hotel. It will not travel to other sites. Villa staff will be able to help you book taxis back to where you are staying if you choose to uber to the venue.

Where Should I stay?

Please find the accomodations listed under the travel section of the website. We highly recommend you stay at either the first hotel listed or the airbnb community we recommend. Please book your accommodations early to guarantee they are available for you.

Do I need a passport?

Yes, please make sure your passport is not going to expire! If you have a global entry card that's even better.

What should I wear?

Rehearsal Dinner/Pre-wedding drinks recommended dress is casual or dressy casual. Wedding ceremony/reception we recommend cocktail or formal attire. However, we will accept you regardless of what you wear.

Can I book shuttle service the day of the wedding?

Please plan and book the shuttles BEFORE the date to make your transportation experience as smooth as possible.

Are kids allowed?

Only if they are cool and know how to open a beer. Just kidding, they just have to be able to open a beer.

What is the best way to communicate with the shuttle services?

WhatsApp is the best platform for communication.

Do I have to speak spanish?

No, but it would be cool if you did.

Is the drive long?

Depends where you're driving from. Once you get over the border it is about 30-45 minutes to the venue.

Should I bring food for the weekend?

If you are staying on the property, you are welcome to bring snacks and food for the weekend. For those staying on the property, brunch will be provided each morning, the cocktail hour will have some appetizers, and the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception will have dinner. There are also many restaurants near the property. These are listed under Things To Do.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, open bar is really the only way to do a wedding.
