What time is the ceremony and when should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal! The bridal party will be wearing light pink and navy.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and reception will be indoors with air conditioning. Cocktail hour will be outside, weather permitting.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation.
Are kids allowed?
While we love your children, due to space we are only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
Do you have a room block?
Yes! For more information see the "Travel" tab. Our block is at the Hampton Inn & Suites Berry Farms.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes! There is plenty of parking for all guests.
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! We have arranged shuttle transportation to and from the Hampton Inn & Suits Berry Farms (hotel block) and our venue. Pickup at the hotel will be at 3pm and departure from the venue will be at 10pm.
Can cars be left overnight? Can we Uber from the venue?
Yes! Guests are welcome to leave their cars at the venue overnight, but please remember to pick them up by 10 AM at the latest the following morning to avoid the risk of towing.
If you're planning to take an Uber, rides can pick up from the reception hall. To ensure a smooth departure, we recommend booking your ride in advance—either the day before or the morning of the event.
