The plan was to meet at the Saint Louis Botanical Gardens to walk around and take pictures, but it was rainy that day and Natalie "didn't feel like it." Already close to the Botanical Gardens, Natalie asked if Ben was up for coffee instead. Ben quickly searched for open coffee shops, as it was Labor Day, and suggested Pipers Tea and Coffee.

The coffee shop was busy, noisy, and there was barely even a single seat available. So, after grabbing coffees to go, walking the neighborhood nearby the shop it was. Every time Ben asked which direction to turn, Natalie hoped he would eventually pick the direction that prolonged their time together, but didn't want to make that too obvious.

Date two was dinner at Katie's Pizza & Pasta Osteria later that same week. Before the end of that night, we both knew we were who one another had always been looking for.
