While Natalie was working in a pizza shop in fall of 2019, Nick walked in to pick up food for his father and him. The two talked for the next 45 minutes. He asked her out for the night after.

The next day Nick and Natalie went downtown and have been together ever since, the official "will you be my girlfriend" coming just two weeks after meeting.

4 years later, the engagement came after many months of planning on Nick's side. Going to Boston for the weekend Natalie thought she had planned for Nick's birthday; they went to the Seaport to walk around before dinner and a sunset cruise. There on a perfect summer evening Nick surprised Natalie by getting on one knee.

After a huge yes, and many happy tears Nick and Natalie are getting married!
