Kevin Webb, "Lil Bro" has been asked and has accepted the responsibility of best man on the big day. Scott looks forward to his brother standing at his side in April.

Jennifer Phipps (Ryle) has been asked and has generously accepted the role of Matron of Honor for the big day. The girls met on the first day of Highschool, in first period, and have been friends ever since. Though distance and time have kept them apart intermittently throughout the years, they always seem to come back together.

Jodi has graciously accepted the role as officiant on the big day. She and the Groom became fast friends after working together in the medical field and Jodi has been a huge part of his life since.
