Welcome Party & Rehearsal Dinner: Please arrive at the villa no later than 5 pm. We will be having a traditional Italian welcome party! Get to know everyone and kick off the weekend celebration. Food, drinks, & music will be provided - our photographer will also be on site so please refer to the style guide!

Welcome! We’re so excited to celebrate with you. Here’s what to expect throughout our special day: Please arrive no later than 3:30 for those driving by car. For those going on the shuttle you will be picked up at 3pm - at the Porta San Pietro gates right outside the Lucca walls. We will begin with the ceremony followed immediately by cocktail hour on the grounds. Dinner & open bar will be provided. The festivities conclude at 1 am. Shuttles will be available for your safe journey home taking you back to Lucca city center. We can’t wait to share this unforgettable day with you!

Recovery pool party! Please arrive no later than 11 am. A BBQ will be provided along with drinks and some fun music! Help us enjoy our last day in the sun & stay as long as you'd like.
