Our Wedding

The weekend of September 16th Natalie and her mom, Jackie, flew to Philadelphia to spend a weekend shopping and exploring the City. That same weekend, Richard had plans to spend the weekend in the office, but Todd Rogers had other plans. On Saturday, the 17th, Natalie and Jackie wound up at Fieldhouse to watch the Michigan State Spartans (Go Green!) take on Notre Dame, her Father's alma mater. After Todd convinced Richard to leave the office, they found themselves at Fieldhouse ordering drinks right next to Natalie. A quick glimpse in Richard's direction, Natalie fell in love with his blue eyes. Three weeks later Richard flew Natalie out to visit where they enjoyed a leisurely 10 mile run, a bad Bloody Mary at Fieldhouse, and a terrible table at Bud &amp; Marilyn's... the rest is history!

All wedding events will take place on this beautiful 14 acre property!We have a room block under Szymanski/Lee Wedding. There is limited availability for rooms at the discounted rate. All reservations must be made by March 2, 2022. The group rate is available for three day prior to and after the event. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Miami International Airport is roughly 1.5-2 hours from the venue depending on traffic.

Fort Lauderdale International Airport is roughly 2-2.5 hours from the venue. We typically fly in and out of this airport to avoid Miami traffic.

Keys Shuttle provides door to door shuttle service between both Miami and Fort Lauderdale airport and the Florida Keys.

Pelican Cove is located directly next door and a sister property to Postcard Inn. If you choose to book here you are able to use all amenities at Postcard Inn and other sister properties during your stay. We do not have a room block at this hotel.

Drop Anchor is a short 0.8 mile walk to the Postcard Inn. While exploring the wedding venue, the bride and her mother walked by Drop Anchor and are very pleased with the grounds! We do not have a room block at this hotel.

Travel

The Postcard Inn has complimentary (included in the resort fee) kayaks guests can use. After a quick paddle you will arrive at one of our favorite places to have a beer, the sandbar! If you're not as adventurous and still want to spend some time at the Sandbar there are several private boats that will take you for half day or full day charters.

Thanks to the Roedel family, the bride and groom found this gem. You can try all their brews while playing checkers or one of their yard games!

If you have a few extra days in the Keys and want to catch a big fish like the bride, we know of a phenomenal fisherman we can connect you with! He offers half day and all day fishing trips, weather dependent!

Have a half bottle of Santa Margherita on the bayside where the bride and groom took their first official "dating" photo (that wasn't a selfie of course)!

A short drive north of the resort is one of our favorite upscale restaurants in Key Largo! Not only are they dog friendly, but most nights they have a band playing.

Mangrove Mike's is the entire family's favorite breakfast spot! You cannot go wrong with an order of the Tower of Tator Tot's the morning of the wedding.
