On Friday, we will be having an invite-only rehearsal dinner at the ranch from 5:00pm - 7:30pm. Following the rehearsal, all are welcome to join us at the Great Northern Bar in downtown Whitefish from 8:00pm - 10:00pm to kick off the weekend at a classic Montana dive bar! We will be handing out wristbands for an open bar.

Our ceremony will begin at Star Meadows Ranch at 4:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:45pm if driving themselves or board one of the two shuttles departing from Grouse Mountain Lodge at 2:45pm or 3:00pm.

The ceremony will take place on grass, so please choose your footwear accordingly—cowboy boots are encouraged! After the ceremony, we’ll stroll together to enjoy the cocktail hour and the reception.

We’re excited to celebrate late into the night, as there’s no curfew at the ranch. However, rideshare options like Uber will not be reliable for your return. For those not staying on property, we kindly ask you to take one of the two return shuttles:

• First shuttle: 10:00pm

• Second shuttle: 12:00am (for the party animals!)
