Short answer: Yes! This was very important to us when planning our wedding. The venue is completely handicap accessible and even offers a shuttle service if stairs/walking can be an issue. We wanted all of our guests to fully enjoy the day.

Yes! The Buckeye Barn has their own private gravel parking lot.

Please arrive 60 minutes beforehand in order to be in your seats 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony starts. While you're waiting, you can admire the ceremony decor, listen to prelude music, and mingle with other guests.

We are requesting a semi-formal dress code. For the gentlemen: A button up shirt, dress pants, or even a suit! They sky's the limit! (The floor is no jeans, please😜) For the ladies: A stylish dress, dressy separates ensemble, or a chic pantsuit! (please avoid ivory and white for obvious reasons😊) Our wedding colors are burgundy, rust/terracotta, and dark green; feel free to wear these colors!

Our wedding will be inside The Buckeye Barn, which is not insulated. It will be heated, should temperatures require it. We will have some photo opportunities outdoors (weather permitting) but the ceremony and reception will both be indoors.

The wedding ceremony will begin at 1:00PM. The ceremony will be immediately followed by a mocktail hour featuring a coffee trailer and themed drinks! Shortly after, we will have games/activities and dancing!

Since we want to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, we're only inviting our closest loved ones. We look forward to seeing you soon!

As much as we love your children, we are hosting an adult-only wedding. Thank you for understanding!

We will be having a charcuterie style grazing table to satisfy any craving you may have! We will NOT be having a catered sit-down meal.

This wedding is an alcohol free event. We will have endless mocktails and a coffee trailer instead! Please note the coffee trailer serves teas, "revivers", hot cocoa, and apple cider as well.

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards.
