Our Wedding

Our story began rather unconventionally back in 2005 at the Concord Shooting Range. I distinctly remember my first impression of Randy was… how does one person have so much energy? Why does he have that smirk on his face… Is he plotting to kill someone? And truth be told, if he made me do one more “star jumper” exercise, I was going to pass out right on the range. Randy, on the other hand, admits his initial observations of me were different. Randy thought… Why does she look so angry? Randy also had a tremendous amount of concern for me believing that one strong gust of wind would blow me away due to my slim model-like stature. It is amusing to think back on those contrasting moments with neither of us ever imagining the profound connection that lay ahead. Years passed, both of us on our own paths until faith intervened. A simple email request begging for anyone to take my overtime shift, was met with Randy’s heartfelt response wondering why I couldn’t work my own shift… which never got coverage by the way. That exchange ignited a spark that turned into a deep and cherished friendship. We found comfort in each other’s presence that slowly and beautifully turned into an undeniable love. This journey culminated in a magical moment in the Spring of 2025, when Randy asked me to marry him and be with him forever. I joyously said yes… while crying on the inside. Now with our hearts full of anticipation and excitement, we will be embarking on our lifelong adventure as husband and wife on August 15, 2026. We can’t wait to celebrate this special day with you all as we pledge our love to one another!! Always and Forever, even in eternity.
