When should I book my stay?

ASAP! Charlevoix is very busy in the summer and will book up fast. Also, we are sharing a weekend with Boyne Thunder, so booking early is extra important. Surrounding cities: Petoskey, East Jordan, Boyne City, Boyne Falls, Bay Harbor

Can I bring a guest/date?

Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids welcome?

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

We would love to see our guests dressed up with us, so we are requesting Formal attire. Men - Suit (tie optional). Women - Midi to full length dress or dressy jumpsuit. Please note the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on grass, so ladies choose your footwear accordingly!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive no later than 4:45 pm. We suggest arriving 15-30 minutes prior to park and find your seat.

How do we get there?

There will be a shuttle that will run between downtown Charlevoix and the venue. We encourage you to use it! Exact stops are TBD, but will be provided on the "Transportation" tab on our website prior to wedding weekend - stay tuned!

Where do we park?

The sign by the road will display our names to direct you to the correct entrance. Castle Farms staff will also be there to direct you to the correct lot.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you :)

When should I RSVP?

Please submit your RSVP by utilizing the "RSVP" tab on our website no later than Saturday, June 20th.
