Arcadia Lodge
We welcome guests to stay with us at Arcadia Lodge. Only 10 minutes from the Wilderness Wedding Barn!
Rate: $55/night per person for adults, kids (3-17) half-rate, 3 and under free (plus tax). 2-night minimum and based on double occupancy (i.e., at least 4 people in a 2-BR).
This resort offers cabins with 1-6 rooms, accommodating 2-12+ per cabin. Cabins are designed for family units, so please coordinate with your family members to reserve a cabin that accommodates all of you efficiently. Rates are based on double occupancy. If you have an odd number of people, these spacious cabins offer additional sleeping spaces with futons and bunk beds to keep your rates down (i.e., 5 people could comfortably stay in a 2 bedroom). Cabins will be booked on a first-come-first serve basis. Please confirm your reservation before August 1st, 2024.
Your cabin will be stocked with many of the things you have in your home; the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware, the bedding and pillows are provided and your deck will have plenty of chairs. The most important things to remember are towels, sun screen, charcoal and groceries.
**You are responsible for paper towels, hand towels, bath towels. This is standard for resorts in this area. Nick and Natalya will have towels on hand for those flying in.

Before you Arrive
Grand Rapids, MN has the nearest Target and Walmart, and is ~45 minutes south of Arcadia Lodge and Wilderness Wedding Barn. Please plan to pick up weekend essentials (towels, paper towels, food stuffs, tin foil etc.) before checking into your cabin for the weekend. There is a small gas station and bait store in Marcelle, MN with basic food stuffs.
Phone signal is spotty in northern Minnesota. We advise you plan ahead for spotty phone signal. Arcadia Lodge has Wi-Fi in each cabin. The Wilderness Wedding Barn does not have Wi-Fi. For navigation, download a Google Maps area for northern MN, or download "Offline Maps" from your app store.
