Our story began in August of 2016 on the streets of Cleveland, Ohio. Specifically, outside the world famous Dive Bar on West 6th. Natasha and her British friend were roaming the streets trying to figure out how to get to another staple of the Cleveland bar scene, Punch Bowl Social. Lost and confused, Natasha and her friend noticed a handsome young man waiting patiently by himself for his Uber ride home, and decided to ask him for directions. Jared, looking down at his phone, was asked politely if he knew how to get to Punch Bowl. Thrown off by the heavy British accent, Jared looked up abruptly, and in that moment he locked eyes with Natasha, tall and beautiful in her white crop top and denim skirt. However, no words were exchanged between Jared and Natasha in that moment, just a smile, a nod, and a point towards the Flats to send the girls on their way. But, that tall girl in her white crop top and denim skirt would linger on Jared’s mind for months to come. Did he miss his opportunity? Would he ever see her again? She was the one that got away… But, as fate would have it, 3 months later, Jared came across Natasha’s picture on Instagram from that same night, wearing her white crop top and denim skirt. Having already missed his first chance, Jared was not going to let her get away this time. In typical millennial fashion, he slid into her DMs asking if by some chance she remembered him from that August night on West 6th. SHE REMEMBERED. And the rest is history.
