If guests will be impaired, there will be a pickup service from the hotel to arrive at the venue for a welcome toast, and the shuttle will drop off when at the end of the evening when you’re ready to go back to your hotel.


Pickup times from the hotels to the venue:
2:30PM pickup at Days Inn
2:50PM pickup at Days Inn

Days Inn and Super 8 are right beside eachother.

The evening shuttles will start at 10:00PM and run every hour. The last shuttle from the venue to the hotels will be at 2:15am.
