Patrick and I met when we were both working at Jan Dils Law firm. I kept flirting with him, but he just wouldn't take the hint. We started dating on January 1, 2020. We spent the pandemic getting to know each other better and cooking a lot of meals together. Since everyone was stuck inside for months, this gave us an opportunity to learn a lot about each other, which I believe is what makes our relationship so strong.

We moved in together with our 2 cats, Ares and Broccoli in 2021. We decided that two cats weren't enough and added another member to our family in May of 2022. We adopted a male kitten named Carrot together. If you ask Patrick, he will say our family is complete, but there is in fact always room for another fur baby in our home.

We enjoy doing many different things together. We enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending nights at home watching movies together. Patrick is currently trying to teach me to be better at golf.

Patrick proposed on our second trip to Las Vegas together. Patrick proposed on May 29, 2023. He proposed to me in front of the Bellagio Fountains. He proposed to me the day before my birthday, making this the best trip/birthday gift I have ever received.

When Patrick and I are together you will always find us laughing or teasing each other. There is never a dull moment when we are together. There is no one else in this world I would rather spend all my life with. I have never had a doubt in my mind that this would be the man that I marry. I can't wait for our big day and to celebrate with all of our loved ones.
