It all started on October 27th, 2018. It was a night of costumes and magic when our eyes met across a room filled with ghouls and goblins. Amidst the laughter and festive chaos, it was love at first sight…. Well this is not the actual fairy tale of our love story, but it was October 27th, 2018 and we did meet at a Halloween party.

Natasha was at her work Halloween party dressed as the classic Mario character toad, and Liam was with a friend. While out, Liam received several calls from one of his friends, who also happened to be at this Halloween party and was requesting a “ride home” as she and her boyfriend were too drunk. Little did he know that his friend was trying to set him up with Natasha. Now at the party, Liam’s friend was talking to Natasha and informing her that he is a great person and would be perfect for Natasha. Now remember, she is drunk and her selling points were, “he has a job and a car”. Now Liam arrives at the party and meets his friend, who introduces him to Natasha. She is now making the “heart symbol” with her hands and Liam is confused. Natasha makes her appearance and says, “you must be the one with the job and the car”. Now this led to some quick, awkward conversation. As Natasha was leaving the party, Liam’s friend insisted she add Liam’s number to her phone. Natasha added a fake number and Liam’s friend reviewed it and stated, “that is not his number, you need to add his real number”. Safe to say Natasha left that party with Liam’s number.
