Q + A

What airport should we fly into?

The Boston Logan International Airport will likely be your best bet due to a larger flight selection and better prices. Logan is an hour and seven minutes from the wedding venues. Other options include the Bradley International Airport in Hartford, CT (forty two minutes from Sturbridge) and the Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport (an hour and twelve minutes from Sturbridge).

What is the dress code for your wedding?

SUMMER FORMAL! For women this means long, summery, formal dresses and for men this means suits or suit pants with a sport coat. We ask that you avoid wearing white (for obvious reasons) but invite you to bring out fun patterns, bright pastels, and vibrant summer colors! Please see link for inspiration: https://pin.it/3HBLvED

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

We are blessed to have so many friends and family members who want to share this special day with us, but we only have so many spots on the guest list! Not everyone will be allowed a plus one. All allotted plus ones will be included on the formal invitation.

Is there parking and transportation?

We are so fortunate that the ceremony venue and the reception venue are literally five minutes apart. There will be plenty of parking at both the ceremony venue and the reception venue. Due to the close proximity of the venues, there will be no additional transportation provided.

Can I take pictures and/or videos during the ceremony?

We respectfully ask that you refrain from pulling out your phones or personal cameras during the ceremony. The nuptial Mass is the most sacred and special part of the day for both of us, and we would like everyone to be as present as possible to witness the beauty of the sacrament (that, and we don’t want to see your cell phones in our wedding photos!) On the other hand, candid videos and pictures are welcome at the reception.

What kind of weather can I expect during your wedding weekend?

We know there might be some folks concerned about the heat, given that the wedding ceremony will be taking place at an outdoor covered church in the middle of the summer. When we visited the venue last summer to book it, it was an evening in the first week of July and the weather was actually quite pleasant! The reception will be air conditioned and indoors, so no worries there. All in all, we’re expecting typical awesome New England summer weather!
