What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please arrive to Grace Church between 3:00 pm to 3:15 pm to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the ceremony begins at 3:30 pm.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Yes, Grace has a parking lot behind the church. S&T Bank also permits parking in their lot on Saturdays, which is located behind the church. However, parking may be limited due to the expected number of guests. Street parking is available around the church, but be sure to pay the meter—Indiana Borough enforces parking regulations strictly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during our wedding ceremony, which is a sacred religious service. We want everyone to be fully present in the moment, and we have invested in a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special day. To ensure they can work without obstruction, we ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony.

Is there transportation to the reception?

Yes, guests staying at the hotel will have transportation to the reception. A school bus will transport them from the Hilton Garden Inn to the country club. The bus will depart from the Hilton at 4:50 PM and return guests to the hotel at 11:00 PM, after the reception ends.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

For Hilton Garden Inn Guests who plan to use the shuttle: We encourage you to return to the hotel promptly after the ceremony to prepare for the school bus departure at 4:50 PM. For Non-Hotel Guests: Please plan to arrive on time for cocktail hour, which begins at 5:00 PM.

Can I bring a plus one, and are children invited?

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably within the venue's capacity, we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend our wedding. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

What should I wear to the wedding?

This isn’t a strict dress code—we just know that when we go to weddings, it’s nice to have a sense of the general vibe so we know what to wear! We’d love for guests to aim for semi-formal or formal attire: cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, pantsuits, or suits and ties all fit the mood. But truly, we’re most excited to celebrate with you, so if formalwear isn’t your thing, don’t stress. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, with the reception opening onto a patio. The Indiana Country Club asks that shoes stay on while dancing, so feel free to bring a comfier pair if your dress shoes aren’t dance-floor friendly!

Is there a recommended hotel for guests to stay at?

We highly recommend staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, which is conveniently located near the venue. We've reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate for our guests, making it easier to enjoy the celebration and transportation to and from the reception. Look under the "Travel" tab to find more information.

If we arrive in Indiana early, what are some things to do, places to visit, or foods to try?

Good question! Please visit the "Things to Do" tab, where we will give you some options.
