Yes, guests staying at the hotel will have transportation to the reception. A school bus will transport them from the Hilton Garden Inn to the country club. The bus will depart from the Hilton at 4:50 PM and return guests to the hotel at 11:00 PM, after the reception ends.

For Hilton Garden Inn Guests who plan to use the shuttle: We encourage you to return to the hotel promptly after the ceremony to prepare for the school bus departure at 4:50 PM. For Non-Hotel Guests: Please plan to arrive on time for cocktail hour, which begins at 5:00 PM.

We’d love for guests to aim for semi-formal or formal attire: cocktail dresses, elegant jumpsuits, pantsuits, or suits and ties all fit the mood. But truly, we’re most excited to celebrate with you, so if formalwear isn’t your thing, don’t stress. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors, with the reception opening onto a patio. The Indiana Country Club asks that shoes stay on while dancing, so feel free to bring a comfier pair if your dress shoes aren’t dance-floor friendly!
