Transportation from the airport to the hotel is easy. There is wifi available at the airport to call an uber (no lyft in mexico), ubers do not wait close to the airport so you will have to wait about 10 min. Taxis park out front too, they are metered and are also convenient to get to the hotel. Just make sure you have the address available.

We loved visiting the historical downtown of SLP when we were in town. With food (we liked La historica Cantina de Autor), historical churches, and museums there are ample activities.

The hotel has a pool and dining options available if you are feeling pooped out after a day of travel. There is also an oxxo (local convenience store, we recommend getting water here) and other restaurants located just to the left when leaving the Hilton. The Hotel will be providing breakfast but if you are in the mood for a latte or café ambiance we recommend The Urban Corner which is one block behind the hotel.

If you want to have data for your phone we recommend Airalo, you can get this in Mexico or purchase it before hand in the states. Follow instructions provided on how to install.
