What about gifts?

We are so grateful for you love an support as we begin this We are so grateful that you are coming along side us to celebrate our new chapter together! Your thoughtfulness and generosity means the world to us, and we deeply appreciate you thinking of us during this special time. In lieu of traditional gifts, we would be honored if you would consider contributing to one of the several ministries that are dear to our hearts. Both Feed My Starving Children and Breakthrough Ministries are close to our hearts, with missions that inspire us. Nate and I had our first date at Feed My Starving Children. The mission of Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) is “Feeding God’s starving children hungry in body and spirit.” FMSC is a Christian nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating global hunger by providing nutritious, hand-packed meals to malnourished children in developing countries. Volunteers help pack specially formulated meals, which are then distributed to partner organizations that deliver food directly to those in need. Their goal is to provide sustainable solutions to hunger while also fostering spiritual nourishment and community involvement. This is a local ministry that was founded by friends of ours. Breakthrough Ministries is a Christ-centered, Holy Spirit-led nonprofit organization based in Burnsville, Minnesota. Their mission is to provide a place for individuals to experience transformative encounters with Jesus, satisfying their innate hunger and thirst to know and be known by the Living God. The organization focuses on bridging the gap between spiritual yearning and compassionate action. They serve the homeless population in Minneapolis by offering meals and fostering a sense of purpose and belonging. Many individuals they serve become volunteers themselves, discovering the profound joy and purpose in serving others. Additionally, Breakthrough Ministries is committed to equipping short-term mission teams to serve the homeless with compassion and understanding. They provide comprehensive training that immerses teams in the art and heart of street ministry, emphasizing the importance of empathy and connection. Through these efforts, Breakthrough Ministries aims to ignite transformational change, one heart at a time, by bringing together communities and fostering breakthrough encounters with Jesus. If you would like to donate to Breakthrough Ministries go to www.breakthroughmn.org. If you prefer to give a more personal gift, we would love items to support our new working/camping adventure as we explore the beauty of our country together. We plan to travel and work, as we set out to explore all of the national parks. Practical and thoughtful gear for this journey would be a wonderful way to join us in spirit on our travels! Thank you for your kindness, your presence in our lives, and your prayers as we embark on this adventure together!
