The promo code booking window is from January 31st, 2024 to September 7th, 2024.
Up until September 7th, 2024 you can make changes to your room booking by contacting the resort. We do highly advise that you book the rooms right away with the $1 USD deposit as this resort sells out very quickly and we want to ensure everyone has a room right now.
If plans change your booking is fully refundable 48-24 hours from the trip date.

All about flights
The airport we will be flying into is the Cancun International Airport in Mexico.
We have opted to let our guests find and book their own flights to and from Cancun. We feel that this is the easiest way to accommodate different trip lengths, home airports, and travel point usage. Booking as soon as possible will ensure you have the best flight deals. The longer you wait the more expensive flights will be.
We do request that everyone book the flights with refundable cancellation included with the plane tickets just in case plans change. We want to make sure everyone not only has fully refundable hotel tickets, but also fully refundable flight tickets.
Once your flight is booked, please let us know your booking information so that we can make accomdations for your private transfer to and from the resort.
Private Transfer
If you book your minimum 3 night stay with the resort, you will be given a complimentary private transportation to and from the resort. This is a complimentary benefit we have opted into for our wedding guests that will be staying at Finest Playa Mujeres with us.
Once your flight is booked please email us the flight and resort information so that we can book your private transfer.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, our wedding is child friendly and so is the resort!

Please note that with a double occupancy room, infants (0-3 years of age) will not be charged.
Children (4-12 years of age) have a discounted rate with two adults paying double rate.
What Date Should I RSVP by?
ASAP. We are giving the instructions to our website right away so that guests can immediately book their rooms at the resort and their flights. Do not wait to book. The longer you wait the less room availbilities there are and the more expensive flights will be.

Can we Stay at other resorts?
You can stay at another resort if you chose to. For the day of the wedding Finest will ask that you purchase an event day pass for $100 USD that will allow you to be on site for 5 hours.
We prefer everyone stay at the same resort as we have a pre-wedding event on November 11th, 2024 at the resort for everyone to be a part of.
