We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day. The official dress code is black tie optional. Men - tuxedo or a dark suit. Women - floor length dress. In terms of shoes, please advise that walking up a small hill is required to get to event destination and ceremony will be on grass.

Please plan to be onsite at 5:00 PM EST as the ceremony begins promptly at 5:30. Note that there is a short walk required to get to the ceremony location.

Yes, transportation will be provided to and from for hotel guests. For those who plan to drive there will also be transportation to and from the designated parking lot. The ceremony and reception will all be at the same location so no need to worry about transportation until the end of the night!

We will have a designated parking lot where the shuttle will be picking up from. More details to come soon.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you have received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions!

While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults only occasion with the exception of those children in the wedding or part of the family.

Yes there is a hotel block at the Courtyard Marriot in downtown Gainesville (please reference travel tab on the wedding website to book through the link). We highly recommend that guests who plan to book accommodations stay at the hotel since transportation for wedding day will be provided. Uber/Lyft are very limited in the area and we cannot ensure transportation for Airbnb's or alternative accommodations.
