Yes! Transportation will be picking guests up at 4 and 4:30 from both the Hampton Inn Hotel and Walkers Bluff Casino. Starting at 9:30 PM, transportation will be taking guests back to the hotel and casino every hour.

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the venue! One of our ushers will be coming by to give a lift to those who need it down to the ceremony. Our venue has kindly asked that you collect your car by 10 AM the following morning should you need to leave it overnight.

No- we are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that all cell phones are turned off to ensure that you can all be in the moment with us. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our wedding ceremony, and do not want shots with arms and cellphones in the way. We will kindly print photos for those who request them!

Unquestionably, no. Nathan and Savannah love all of your children dearly, however, this will be an adult only event. We hope that you all understand and respect our decision that was not easily made, as there will be an open bar at the reception and a large pond outside the venue. Please take this as an opportunity to enjoy a night to yourselves or with your dates!

Yes! We have friends with littles who live as far as Idaho- we do not expect you to leave your children halfway across the country. There will be childcare available with a trustworthy baby sitter onsite at the venue. If you are a guest traveling from out of town and are comfortable with your child being watched at the bridal house close to the event center, please reach out to Nathan and Savannah! We can accommodate up to 6 children (specifically for those who are traveling from furthest out of town and are unable to bring childcare to stay at their hotel).

Yes! We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We kindly request a more formal attire- no jeans, tshirts, or sneakers please! Ladies, refrain from wearing white/shades of white.

As much as we are hoping that October weather in Southern Illinois will allow for an outdoor ceremony, our venue has a gorgeous indoor option should we need it. The reception will primarily be indoors!

Either side will be available at the ceremony! There will be specific seats at the front reserved for family. At the reception, there will be a seating chart where you can easily locate your table.

Savannah and Nathan have blocked 40 rooms at Walker's Bluff casino, and 10 rooms at the Hampton Inn hotel in Carbondale. You just have to call and ask to book a room for the Adams Wedding. These are the closest to the venue, but you are more than welcome to choose a different hotel or nearby air b&b!

The ceremony and reception will both be at White Pines Event Center in Carterville. The ceremony starts at 5 PM. Please arrive by 4:45 PM.
