Room rates listed above are non-commissionable & non-negotiable. Room rates are subject to applicable state tax currently at 11% which will take effect at the time of check in.

RESERVATIONS

Guests will make reservations thru individual call-in by calling the Rachel Hakim directly at (661) 326-1111 ext. 4907. Guests will need to provide a valid credit card in order to guarantee their reservation and they will need to mention that they are part Nathan & Beth's Wedding to get the discounted group rate.

CUTOFF DATE

The cutoff date (last day to make reservations) will be 09/24/24. At the cutoff date, Fairfield Inn & Suites St. Joseph Stevensville will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. Due to high projected occupancy, the Hotel will not be able to extend the cutoff date for the Event.
