(Sister of the Bride) Kaitlyn is only 14 months older than me, but I definitely looked up to her while we were growing up and I still do to this day. She has always been there for me even though I would always snoop in her room, instigate fights, and try to match her outfits at school. She is very loyal and I can always count on her levelheaded, responsible advice. Kaitlyn’s ability to inspire people, her intelligence, and talented pun making skills have inspired me in the best way possible. She is truly my best friend and I couldn't have asked for a better maid of honor to stand by me on our big day!

(Hometown Friend) I first met Landon back in 7th grade football and we hit it off immediately. I remember when he netted my first steel-head on the Menominee River when we were in 8th grade. Once we started duck hunting together in high school we became best friends. We spent just about every day together in those years catching small-mouth on the river or shooting bluebill ducks on the bay. College 5 hours away wasn't able to stop us as we met up constantly to hunt and fish together whenever we had a free weekend. It has been a long friendship and continues to be as our lives progress. I look forward to many more years of friendship and hunting and fishing together.

(Family Friend) Morgan and I have been best friends ever since the day she was born! Although she’s a few years younger than I am, I have always considered her as another sister and I can’t imagine where I would be without her. She is one of the kindest people I know. Morgan never gives up if she runs into a challenge in life. She is always determined to find a solution, which is what I admire about her the most! She has literally been there through all my ups and downs over the years and I know she will always be there with whatever the future may bring.

(College Friend) Ah, what can I say about Chance. Chance is about the best friend you could ask for. He is the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back. We met in college and have been great friends ever since and proud members of the Dad Bod line for the Wolfpack Club hockey team. Chance convinced me to head out to Colorado with him one summer to work for the Forest Service doing forestry, fighting fires, and fly fishing. Well turns out I fell in love with 3 things that summer: Firefighting, fly fishing, and of course Emilee. Chance had also convinced Emilee to join the trails crew and come with us. The rest is history.

(College Friend) Punkin Dunkin. Adam is one of the best outdoorsman I have had the pleasure of being friends with. He is another one of my roommates from college. His personality is something very unique and anyone who has met him knows what I’m talking about. We have killed a lot of ducks and geese together and he’s the only guy from college that could keep up with the amount of duck hunting we did. He will always wake up first in the morning and always be the first one to make fun of you when you miss a bird. He can drink like a fish and he’s always down to help you with any problems you have.

(Hometown Friend) Lexi is a strong, self-determined woman and I can’t imagine anyone that could or would stand in her way! We have been through kindergarten to High School together and she continues to make me laugh with her sassy and strong-willed personality. If you ever happen to be a patient of Lexi’s, follow the orders she gives you or you will have some hell to pay! Past her feisty personality, Lexi is a thoughtful and considerate friend that will drop anything to be there for me and that is why it was an easy decision to ask her to be my bridesmaid.

(Sister of the Groom) Even though I haven't known Courtney for too long, her adventurous and authentic personality is definitely contagious! Although she roots for the Packers, we still do get along very well. Courtney is one of the smartest, kind hearted, and sincere people and I know a few people who look up to her, including myself. I have observed her and Nathan and it's abundantly clear that he admires her and the honest advice she always gives. I can see how great she is a as a sister to Nathan and Abby and I can’t wait until she is mine too!

(College Friend) Kollin Long, The Timberbeast. Kollin was the guy that I least expected to become close friends with. We first met playing football at Michigan Tech where we discovered we have lived only 15 minutes apart and had never met each other in high school. He came to my dorm room one night after practice and saw a picture of me holding up a nice walleye. He asked if I fished the walleye run on the Peshtigo River which of course I had, and we ended up chatting until 1 in the morning. Since then I have known Kollin to be an extremely humble, hardworking, great friend that is always down for a good time. He was very excited when I asked him to stand up in our wedding while we were ice fishing.

(College Friend) Darrell. My first college roommate. Devin is an awesome guy who I was able to introduce into duck hunting. He couldn’t hit the broadside of a barn, but I think he had fun. We lived together for 3 years and have been great friends the entire time. He introduced me to Adam and Chance because I was too busy with football to make new friends. Devin and I used to go cross country skiing together where he would listen to all of my problems and feelings towards Emilee before I finally convinced her to be my girlfriend. And let me tell you, he had to listen to a lot because I was losing sleep over how in love I was with this girl that didn’t want anything to do with me. He ended up giving me great advice and I can’t thank him enough for being there.

(Sister of the Groom) The first time I met Abby, she was very shy and quiet, but I love how she continuously opens up to me! My favorite and most eye opening memory of Abby was at one of the last games in her hockey tournament. The game was close, and emotions were running high on both teams. A girl on the other team somehow provoked Abby and her response was to slug the girl in the head. Her parents were unhappy, but Nathan and I laughed and cheered her on in the stands! She is so gorgeous inside and out and I couldn’t be any happier to finally be getting a little sister!
