The ceremony will take place on the great lawn at the Diamond Spur Event Center at approximately 4:00pm with reception to follow, inside the venue.

There are a handful of AirBnB options within walking distance to the venue and we encourage looking for lodging here first. Mountain View Lodge also has several rooms and cabins available for reservation.

While we would love to celebrate with guests of all ages, we kindly as that kids do not attend the ceremony or reception with the exception of several close family members.

Absolutely! We understand that the Hill City area has plenty of things to do with your family and we encourage you to bring your kids for a long family weekend. However, we kindly ask that you provide your own babysitter for the wedding day/evening. Kids are most welcome for Thursday and Friday activities

YES! We know that a lot of our guests will be coming from afar so we want to get together with everyone that is in town the night before for some casual drinks and yard games at Diamond Spur Event Center great lawn. Because the inside of the venue will be decorated for Saturday, we kindly ask that the party stays on the patio and great lawn, with the exception of restrooms
