Where is the wedding taking place?
We will be having a small intimate wedding with only our immediate family only in Winter Park, CO! But we want to be able to celebrate with all of our family + friends so please join us at our wedding reception!
What should I wear to the wedding reception?
Please prepare your outfit to partake in a generous amount of food, booze, and bad dance moves!
Can I bring my kids?
Of course all kids are welcome! We do plan to celebrate to the max and provide alcohol for our guest, so this answer all depends on your comfort level!
Can I bring a + 1?
We have allotted a majority of our guest to bring a + 1. When completing the RSVP please make sure and include your +1 so we can update our headcount!
Will there be a cash bar or open bar?
We will provide our guests with an open bar until the alcohol runs out, then it is BYOB!
Do you have a hotel block for guests?
We don't want to the party to stop at 10:00 PM, so we have reserved a hotel block at Downstream. The hotel block is under Gooch Wedding, so please call Downstream if you would like to reserve a room! The room block rate is $146.90, use code GOOCWED, rooms must be booked by October 3rd to receive the group discount!
Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?
We have set up a party bus to pick up and drop off guest who will be staying at Downstream Casino & Resort after the wedding reception. If you would like to ride on the party bus, the bus will pick up guest from Downstream Casino & Resort at 4:30 PM and will drop guest off at Downstream Casino & Resort after the reception. There will be parking provided at the Red Door Barn for guest who do not wish to stay at Downstream Casino & Resort following the reception!
Do you have a gift registry?
Your presence at our wedding reception is present enough! However, for family and friends who have expressed interest, we have created on online registry with Amazon and Target. Both registries can be easily accessed by the "Registry" tab here on our website!
