Parking can be found on the venue property on the left side of the building. Parking is free and available for guests on that lot of 62 spaces.

The event begins at 2:00pm starting with ceremony. Guests may be allowed to arrive and enter the doors at 1:15pm.

The bar will be open and free for our guests. However, keeping the bride and grooms wishes, there will only be two signature alcohols drinks served with water, soda, and iced tea provided. No other outside alcohol is allowed on the premises per venue regulations.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors with cocktail hour held outside weather permitting.

Although the bride and groom would love for you to have memories to take home with you, the ceremony will be unplugged and cell phones silenced for the only the ceremony. It is in their best interest that all videos and photos of the ceremony will be captured by a photographer and then shared with loved ones after the wedding day has passed. FEEL FREE TO TAKE ALL THE PHOTO AND VIDEO FOR COCKTAIL AND RECEPTION! ❤️

The overall aesthetic for this event is Spring Garden Semi Formal. The bride and groom invite you to be unafraid to show your colorful, fashionable side. Comfy dressy shoes may be worn for a night of dancing and celebration. 🕺🏼💃🏾 🪩 The wedding party will be wearing set shades of pastel pink, green, lilac, yellow, blue, and peach.

The Courtyard will provide shuttles to and from the venue by calling the number linked to the front desk. The distance is about 5 minutes. Hotel information can be found in the side bar section of our wedding website listed under “Travel”.

Unfortunately other than those involved in the wedding party, this wedding will be young children and toddler free.

Due to the bride and groom’s budget for their day, only guests who are married or with their longterm partners will be included on the invitation and have already been accounted for in the final guest count.
