The Couples first Christmas. In a world turned upside down by COVID the usual Morris-Asquith Christmas was cancelled. Amelia and Nathan spent the mornings with their families and Nathan joined the Asquiths on the evening, not realising what he was coming over to. The change of plans on the day resulted in the Asquith-Morris clan heading to Baggeridge to see Grandad Biscuits tree, it was a clear Christmas morning and the walk down with two full back packs of alcohol were far too heavy for the walk back, luckily on their return they were empty and Nathan came to the Asquiths that night to a rather drunk Amelia and the usual Christmas games held over Zoom.

The couples first New Years. Amelia and Nathan spent their first New Years together at the Leonard Household eating Chinese food and doing facemasks, watching the fireworks at midnight with Nathans loving family.

The couples first Valentines, Amelia's second bunch of beautiful white roses from Nathan. Those who know Amelia Well know how much she loves Beauty and the Beast so she was surprised by the white roses. The first Covid free Christmas. The second Christmas the couple spent together. It was the Asquith families turn to host the Morris clan who brought their A game with matching Percy Pig. The day was filled with good food, fun games and as lots of laughter.

The couple celebrated their second New Years with friends singing in 2022 to Aerosmith a tradition Nathan and his boys have long since held, literally welcoming Amelia in with open arms.

The couple moved into their first home. They (Amelia) decorated and truly made their house (flat) a home.

The couple enjoyed their first holiday abroad. Eating good food, exploring new places and acting like adults ... Nathan rated Amelias handstands as 10/10 and she could hold her breath underwater for a whole minute.

The couple went on a family staycation to celebrate Jakes 30th and Freyas 18th Birthday in style ... Fancy dress and dancing in the kitchen with a utensil as a mic = memories that will last a lifetime.

Family and Friends gathered for Nathans second 12 pubs of Christmas.

The couple spent their third Christmas with everyone. The morning was spent with the Brides family. Dinner was spent with the Grooms family. And the evening was spent with the Asquith and Morris clans at Jakes new home, singing, dancing and playing games. It was dubbed the best Christmas evening ever!!!

The couple lost someone they held so dear. They miss him everyday. Words still cannot express the loss of Jake Morris the big brother figure of the brides life.

The couple went out to celebrate the wonderful Mandy's birthday and then continued the celebrations on Broadstreet catching up with both Maids of Honour that the couple love so much!

The couple spent their fourth Christmas surrounded by the comfort of family. A highlight was Nathans face opening the matching jumper Nanny Jean had knitted for him and her to wear.

The couple, friend and family celebrated at the first Tinsel and Ties event hosted by the Jake Morris Foundation.
