If you are an all day guest please ensure you arrive by 1:45pm for a 2pm start. There is a mile long driveway when you arrive at the Orchardleigh Estate, so make sure you arrive in time to find the venue, get parked and settle in before it begins. Evening guests are welcome from 7pm.

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitations. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Please RSVP as soon as you can, and the deadline date is 10th April 2025.

If you don’t RSVP by the 10th April then your invite will automatically be marked as ‘no’. We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to let our venue know final numbers in a timely manner and create a table plan. For this reason we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand!

On the main page click ‘RSVP’ and type in your full name, you will then see if you are all day or evening party guest. We hope you can join us!

We would love if you would dress up according to our theme, Formal Garden Party attire. Think florals and pastels!

Our ceremony is under canapy and the reception is in an Orangery. There is a beautiful walled Italian Garden where we will enjoy drinks and canapés in after the ceremony.

There is an abundance of parking at our venue, enter into Orchardleigh Estate and follow the mile long drive before turning right, following signage to Elmhay Park.

There is accommodation in the nearby town of Frome including the Travelodge Beckington and Premier Inn Frome Hotel. If you need any assistance with accommodation please let Beth know.

When you RSVP there is a box you can input your dietary needs, any issues please reach out to Beth so she can coordinate with the chef!

Uber and taxis are familiar with the venue. We strongly recommend booking your taxis in advance!
