The dress code is "garden party formal," which is essentially semi-formal. We request that males wear at least dress pants. Suits are encouraged, but not required. We recommend staying in Polaris (about 30 minutes from the wedding venue). There are hotel room blocks at the Cambria Hotel and the Staybridge Suites in Polaris. Information about those hotels can be found in the "travel" section.

Please drive yourself or ride share to the venue. There will be a shuttle to transport guests back to Polaris after the wedding. Cars will need to be picked up from the venue Sunday morning, so we suggest car pooling to the venue if possible! Please plan to take the shuttle if you plan to drink!

You could ride share (Uber/Lyft) from the hotels in Polaris to the wedding venue. However, there are no ride shares in Centerburg, OH where the venue is. There will be a shuttle bus to take guests back to Polaris following the wedding.

Yes! You can leave your cars at Magnolia Hill overnight, but must pick them up by noon the next day.

Choosing a guest list was difficult for us because we love so many people! Unfortunately, we have to stay within a pre-set guest list, so we cannot accommodate additional plus ones unless they are specifically stated on your invitation.

Due to guest list restraints, we can only accommodate children over the age of ten. All invited guests will be specifically listed on your invitation.

We kindly request that everyone refrain from taking photographs during our ceremony. We have a wonderful photographer and we want everyone to really soak in the moment. However, please take as many photographs that you can the rest of the wedding!

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors. However, the cocktail hour will be outdoors. There will be an opportunity to remain in the air conditioning if needed.
