When should I arrive?Please plan to arrive around 2:00 PM, about an hour before the ceremony.We invite you to experience the Wedding Nature Trail before we begin. It’s a shaded, paved walk with benches along the way — an opportunity to slow down, briefly get to know the lives of the bride and groom, and settle in before the ceremony.Water (still and sparkling) and small individual trail cups will be available as you explore. How Do I Get There?The road to the venue is short but winding — take your time and enjoy the drive.Parking is limited, so carpooling is strongly encouraged whenever possible. We truly appreciate your help in keeping things simple. What is the Setting Like?We’ll be celebrating in a peaceful forest environment that feels tucked away and special.A few things to keep in mind:The ground is uneven in places.Expect natural terrain (and a little dirt).Restrooms are primitive outdoor facilities — clean and maintained, just not traditional indoor restrooms.It’s part of the charm — and completely worth it. What Should I Wear?Dress code: Elegant Forest - cocktail-to-semi-formal with a forest setting in mind.Our wedding colors are sage, espresso brown, cream and rose. Attire in soft, muted, or dusty tones will photograph beautifully.We kindly ask guests to avoid espresso brown, cream, and white – as that will be worn by the wedding party.Because of the natural terrain, choose footwear thoughtfully — and feel free to bring a change of shoes for walking or photos.Think polished and romantic – long dresses, midi dresses, tailored suits, sport coats, dress shirts, elevated separates. What will be Served?We’ll have:Water &amp; sparkling waterLocal beer &amp; wineVodka SeltzersSignature “His” &amp; “Hers” cocktailsSoda and other refreshing optionsDinner will feature a pizza bar with a variety of options — a favorite of ours and a fun way to celebrate together. Is the Ceremony Unplugged?We kindly ask that phones stay silenced and tucked away during the ceremony so we can all be fully present in the moment. We promise to share beautiful photos afterward.
