We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us for our special day! The dress code will be formal or semi-formal attire i.e cocktail/midi/floor length dresses for the women and suits for the men. No jeans please!

We have hotel blocks at the AC Hotel, Staybridge Suites, and Embassy Suites, which are all less than a 5-minute drive/less than a 10-minute walk to the Des Moines Heritage Center. You can reserve your room using the links under the "Travel" tab of our wedding website!

Although we love your kiddos, this event will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night off!

There is free parking in the main lot at Dowling Catholic High School for the ceremony. There are also 2 large free parking lots on 5th Street just passed the Des Moines Heritage Center and within walking distance to the reception. Feel free to leave your car there overnight if need be!
