Q + A

How do we RSVP?

You can click on the RSVP link on the home page, or the RSVP tab after the Accommodation tab (they are both the same!). All you will need to do, is write your full name and follow the prompts to RSVP. If it is a little tricky, you can absolutely let Nathan/Jackie know directly as we can RSVP on your behalf :)

When do we need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by the 1st of October 2025 at the latest, as we will need to provide the reception with our final numbers by this date. Unfortunately we will not be able to make any further revisions after this date and sincerely appreciate your understanding in this space.

Can I bring a plus one?

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone however, due to venue limitations and our hope to keep things intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests named on the invitation. We hope you understand and know how much it means to us if you're able to make it.

Is there parking onsite?

Yes there is. For the church ceremony, there are 2 parking lots that are available on the church grounds located at the front and back of the church, in addition to street parking. For the reception, there is also a car park available on site.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is formal, but please come dressed in whatever makes you feel most comfortable :)

What if I can't make the church ceremony?

We completely understand—sometimes life, travel, or timing can make it tricky. If you’re unable to join us at the church, we’ll be so happy to see you at the reception and celebrate together there. Your presence means the world to us, in whatever way you can be part of the day.

Will the church ceremony be in Greek and English?

Yes! We will be holding the ceremony in both Greek and English so that all our loved ones can follow along and feel part of every special moment. It’s important to us that everyone feels welcome and connected.

Do we need to sit on a specific side in the church (i.e. left side for bride, right side for groom)?

No need to pick a side—we are all one family now! Please sit wherever you feel most comfortable. We’d love for all the rows to be filled with smiling faces and shared joy as we tie the knot.

Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely! We will be having canapés and drinks at Meadowbank Estate outside the Poolside Room Courtyard before coming into the reception for our meals. We will have the bar open for guests to enjoy, and hope to see you celebrating on the dance floor with us. Please let us know on when you RSVP if you have any dietary requirements—we want everyone to feel well cared for.

How do I find the Poolside Room at the Meadowbank Estate?

The Poolside Room is located just to the right of the office as your walking up from the car park.
