Guest shuttles will be provided to and from Hilton Tucson East to Saguaro Buttes (around a 20-30 minute drive). The two shuttles leaving Hilton Tucson East will depart at 4pm and 4:15 pm. Shuttles returning to Hilton Tucson East will be announced by the DJ during the reception. Guests who choose to drive to the wedding venue will have parking available. Overnight parking at the venue is available for guests with pick-up required on Sunday morning. Ubers and Lyfts may be available for guests to order (but please keep in mind potentially significant wait times).

For the welcome party, please feel free to dress casually (shorts, jeans are OK). For the wedding, we request cocktail attire (no shorts or jeans). For those interested in continuing the party, guests are welcome to come to Louies Cantina (Pantano Parkview Shopping Center, 8060 E 22nd St, Tucson, AZ 85710). Cash bar is available and guests will need to arrange their own transportation.

No, we are only able to accommodate named kids participating in the wedding party. As much we love the little ones, this event will be an adults-only (21+) celebration. We hope that the festivities can give you a well deserved night off!

No, you do not! On the formal invites you will have an opportunity to RSVP to the events that best fit your schedule.

You'll be extending your summer with us! Please pack and plan for sunny days with average highs in the low to mid 90s. Once the sun sets around 6pm, temperatures will drop to the low to mid 60s. Some would describe it as hot with a gentle breeze. Please keep this in mind when planning your wedding weekend attire!
