The nearest major airport to the Château is Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS), just one hour by car. The second closest option is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE), located approximately two hours away by car.

From Stockholm

Option 1: Stockholm to Marseille-Provence Airport : Direct Flights: There are several direct flights from Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) to Marseille-Provence (MRS), which takes around 3 hours and 30 minutes. If you're booking early, this is a great option! Connecting Flights: If direct flights aren't available, you can fly via Paris (CDG or Orly) or Amsterdam (AMS) to Marseille. Layovers are typically short, and the total travel time is usually around 4.5 to 5 hours depending on the connection. Option 2: Stockholm to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport (NCE): Direct Flights: You can also take a direct flight from Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) to Nice Côte d'Azur (NCE), which takes around 3 hours. Connecting Flights: If direct flights are unavailable, you can fly via Paris (CDG) or Amsterdam (AMS), with a connection time of around 4 to 4.5 hours.

From London

From Paris

By Air: Direct flights to Marseille take around 1 hour 30 minutes, while flights to Nice are just under 1 hour 30 minutes. By Train: For a scenic and relaxing journey, you can take a high-speed TGV from Paris Gare de Lyon to Avignon TGV station, which takes around 2 hours 40 minutes. From there, it’s a short taxi ride to the Château.

Visit the Lavender Fields

Summer is the best time to visit the&nbsp;lavender fields&nbsp;in Provence, which are in full bloom from late June to early July. The&nbsp;Plateau de Valensole&nbsp;is a famous area for lavender, and it’s a great spot for photos.

”Provence Grand Slam 2025” On saturday you will have the opportunity to enter the Provence Grand Slam Tennis Tournament and earn the bragging rights as the wedding weekend’s true Tennis Champion! The tournament will be played Americano style, which is a very relaxed and fun format where you will play with and against a lot of different players and every ball matters.&nbsp; Every game will be played in pairs. You will change partner and opponents every game, and every game you will play for 15 balls. You get 1 point for every ball you win, and the result after every game will then carry on for the rest of the tournament. For example: Viktor and Negin (Team A) are playing against Andres and Markus (Team B).&nbsp; Team A wins the game with 10-5. Both Viktor and Negin then gets 10 points to add to their total, and both Andres and Markus get 5 points.&nbsp; In the next game Team A could potentially be Viktor and Markus playing against Negin and Andres (Team B). If this game finishes 13-2 for example with Team B as a winner, both Negin and Andres will add 13 points to their current points from before (Andres 5+13=18 p, Negin 10+13‎ = 23p etc).&nbsp; The 4 people with most points will play the final where we go best out of 5 ”games” (one ”game” is won when a team reaches 40 points, and the point score goes from 0 to 15 to 30 and then 40.
