When you come to our webpage to RSVP, you will be prompted to select the total number of members in your party. Every invitation has a preselected maximum number of guests allowed in your party that may or may not be specifically listed on your envelope.

Self Parking at the Gaylord Palms: If you are driving in, you will need to pull a ticket to enter the parking lot. At our events there will be vouchers that you will be able to provide to the gate attendant upon exiting to avoid paying the parking fees. For guests staying onsite, parking will be notated on their reservations.

To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by July 01, 2024. If we don't receive your RSVP by the date specified, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee anything. We need to provide our venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, and we don't want to risk any hiccups in the planning process. We hope you can understand!
