🥧 Our Love Story — One Sweet Slice at a Time

Our love story began on February 19, 2024, when I sent a message that was as simple as it gets:

“Hi Neha.”

There were no cheesy pickup lines, just an honest attempt (thanks to Raj!) to start a conversation with someone whose smile had already caught my attention. From the first few messages, I knew she was different. Funny, thoughtful, sarcastic in the best way, and real. From jokes about toothpaste ads to teasing each other in Gujarati, our chats quickly became the best part of my day.

📍 March 14, 2024 — Pi(e) Day in Austin

After a few weeks of late night conversations, random memes, and deep talks about life, we decided to meet in person. Naturally, we picked Pi Day because what better day to meet a cutie-pie than March 14?

I flew to Austin, TX, full of nerves and excitement, but the moment Neha walked in, I felt calm. It felt like I’d known her forever. The conversation flowed, the laughter came easy, and it felt like we were picking up a story that had already started long ago.

✈️ From Austin to Adventures

Our next stop was Chicago, where we took our first trip together. From exploring the city to laughing over deep-dish pizza, we started creating memories that felt like home.

Then in August, Neha met my family in Florida, and we took a trip to Key West together. It was warm, beautiful, and full of moments that brought us even closer. Watching her bond with my family confirmed what I already knew: that I wanted to make her officially a part of the family.
